Imbalance starts at the energy level in our bodies.  If it isn't resolved it eventually manifests in the physical body as illness or disease.  Flower essences are a system of organized vibrational tinctures that reach the mental fragments, unexpressed emotion, old beliefs and patterns that get lodged in various parts of our energy bodies.  It is a process of healing that peels back the various layers of your self along with your own unique timing of letting go of what no longer serves.

The initial effects that manifest are shifts in the consciousness and personality.  Then depending on the physical effects of the essence, changes in the physical body.  They gradually heal within the capacity and limitation of the individual to create stable changes in mind, body, and spirit.  As a result the changes tend not to be instantaneously.
